HOW DO YOU MAKE A RESERVATION?

Fill out the reservation form, send, then wait for our confirmation, in which you will know all the necessary information to finalize the order.

IS IT NECESSARY TO BUY A TICKET EARLIER?

It is not necessary. However, it is worth purchasing a ticket in advance to have a lower price and a guaranteed place. Online purchase should be made up to 48 hours before the planned departure.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR RETURN THE PURCHASED TICKET?

Yes, up to 24 hours before departure you can make one free change. Cancellations from the ticket are made after deducting operational amounts.

SHOULD YOU HAVE A PRINTED TICKET WITH YOU?

Yes, you must have a printed ticket or electronic version with you.

IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKET?

We accept payment in Polish zlotys and euros.

CAN YOU BUY A TICKET DIRECTLY FROM THE DRIVER AND PAY BY CARD?

Currently, this is not possible.

CAN I BOOK A TICKET BY PHONE?

No, either on-line or via email.

ORGANIZATION OF THE JOURNEY

HOW DO I RECOGNIZE THE DRIVER AFTER ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT?

At the airport the driver will be waiting with the TRANSFERS4U logo or personal banner.

I CAN NOT FIND A DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?

Call our helpline, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled landing time before he leaves.

AT WHAT TIME ARE THE PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO THE AIRPORT PICKED UP?

Passengers are picked up from the city in advance 3 to 2 hours before departure. In the case of private transfers, the reception time is set by the client, while in the case of transfers made by us.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER FROM OR TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF WARSAW?

The implementation of such a transfer is possible only on the basis of private transfer, after prior agreement of the individual price.

CAN YOU EAT AND DRINK ON THE BUS / BUS?
